SBBCollege Commencement Ceremony to Honor 2011 Graduating Class

In a tradition dating back to the College’s first graduating class in 1888, Santa Barbara Business College will honor its graduates in a commencement ceremony to be held at Fess Parker’s Doubletree Resort June 24th at 7:00 pm.

Graduates of Santa Barbara Business College’s Santa Barbara campus will receive associate’s degrees and career training diplomas in the fields of business administration, medical assisting and massage therapy.

Honoring graduates for the completion of their academic programs, Santa Barbara Mayor Helene Schneider will deliver the keynote address, praising graduates on their success and offering encouragement on their future endeavors.

“This ceremony will mark the end of a great journey for our graduates and will be a time for their families and friends to congratulate them on their hard work and dedication,” says Career Services Coordinator, Lee Yarborough. “Many of our graduates are already working in their fields, and are looking forward to the ceremony to reminisce with friends and reflect back on their time here at Santa Barbara Business College.”

The College recently announced the addition of bachelor’s degree programs online and at their local campuses. Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and Healthcare Administration join the College’s catalog of career-focused programs at the associate’s degree and short-term job-training levels.

Enrollment for SBBCollege’s fall term is currently in progress.
