In an effort to better serve their communities, SBBCollege has created SBBCollege Cares, a multifaceted campaign designed to better the lives of people in our communities through community service, low- and no-cost training, and other similar projects.

The community service division of SBBCollege Cares will launch in conjunction with the community service week of the College’s accrediting body, ACICS’ We Serve, on May 18th.

As a pre-launch event, the SBBCollege campuses located in Santa Maria and Ventura participated in Earth Day-themed community service events. Participating employees, students, family and friends of the Santa Maria campus gave back to their community in Serve Santa Maria, where they planted trees and helped clean up Preskier Park. Those in the Ventura area honored Earth Day with their service in the City of Ventura’s beach cleanup at Surfer’s Knoll Beach.
